Lead and support SAP SD/OTC configurations and integrations within the automotive sector.
Manage day-to-day operations including system support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Analyze and evaluate new functional business requirements and assess their impact on the SAP landscape.
Ensure alignment of solution designs with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business process owners, SAP teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Develop functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
Own and drive delivery of Automotive EDI processes and mapping specs.
Contribute to global deployment projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across time zones.
Requisitos
Excellent English fluency—both written and spoken.
10+ years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience.
Minimum 4 years in the automotive industry working on high-volume EDI processes.
